The Ruthworks SF Randonneur is a lightweight, durable, and user friendly iteration of the traditional handlebar bag used in the early days of randonneuring.
This bag requires a rack support and I recommend something similar to the Velo Orange Flat Pack Rack.

The reflective panel used on this bag is Solas Reflexite, the best reflective material available. It is used by the US Coast Guard due to its ability to work in wet and rainy conditions.
